Ms. Zomorodi is the Principle Lawyer of Zomorodi Law PC. Her practice is focused on commercial and residential real estate transactions as well as corporate mergers and acquisitions. She represents individual and corporate interests in select civil litigation matters at the Small Claims and Superior Court level. Her practice also includes assisting entrepreneurs in developing and structuring their businesses as well as individual clients with Wills and Estate planning and administration.
Prior to opening the Firm in 2013, Ms. Zomorodi attended law school in the United Kingdom where she obtained her law degree at the University of Kent in Canterbury. Upon her return to Canada, she founded the Canadian Law Accreditation Support Services’ (CLASS), an organization designed to assist internationally trained lawyers and law graduates through the accreditation process in Ontario. She is an avid advocate in the Iranian Community and for many newcomers in their integration into Canadian society.
She is the author of various legal publications in Persian Tribune Magazine’ and is a member of the Toronto Lawyers Association and Iranian Canadian Legal Professionals (ICLP) Ms. Zomorodi is known for being a strong and dedicated advocate, her commitment to excellence, and building solid relationships with her clients.
