This building is more than bricks and mortar, we moved my mother in-law here 10 years ago and she has loved every minute. The apartment feels like a home not a box! 9' ceilings and a wall of windows help. The community is outstanding, and the concierges are incredible. Every unit is encased in concrete, very quiet! When you add all the amenities that are included together with spectacular grounds, I dare say this is less expensive than living elsewhere. Included = All utilities (except electricity and internet), wine cellar, storage locker, car wash, games room for large gatherings, boardroom for small meetings, salt water pool, exercise centre, garden, security...the list goes on and on. If you are away your place is checked regularly!
